Oreste, a poorly talented writer pays Jovan an Italo-Kurd travestite prostitute to listen to a story about a character who resembles him. The whole thing gradually leads Jovan to believe that he is actually the protagonist.
He accepts to repeat the same exact actions of the story and secretly enters a pawnshop where they both have pledges. Nevertheless everything moves on differently and Jovan realizes that the writer has just used him as a secondary character to get to the main one which is Carlotta, the pawnbroker’s daughter.
The film has been shot in less than a fortnight, using natural light and local collaborators.
The film has partecipated in Canada's World International Film Festival (Official Selection- 2017), as finalist in Phoenix Film Festival, Melbourne (2017) and has been screened in Equality Festival in Kiev (2016).
