Tommaso and Carla are two young Sicilian street artists who after a long night of work, can not go to sleep and instead talk about their future child who according to Tommaso won’t have any future in Sicily. Carla fascinated by her shadow and her existence, clearly doesn’t have the same opinion though she can not say Tommaso is completely wrong. The title is inspired by Lorenzo De Medici's poetry about "Youth": whoever wants to be glad, he shall.

Chi Vuol Esse Lieto, Sia has been made within CICI Film Festival residency (2015), according the festival rules, the film has been written, shot and edited in five days.

The film has been participated in V edition of CICI Film Festival Sicily, Castellammare del Golfo (2015), Goldensun Short Film Festival, Malta (official selection- 2016), Creative International Short Film Festival (IOFF), Bangladesh (Finalist in official short film selection-2016), Tuzla Film Festival, Bosnia Herzegovina (Finalist in official selection- 2016), Iranian Film Festival (IFF), San Francisco (Semi-finalist- 2016) and has been screened in second Asia International (Wenzhou), China (2016).
