The City Underneath (Topis: outcasts/ transsexuals in Iran)
Although sex exchanging is legal in Iran, it is not easily accepted in the society and this causes many problems besides evident legal complications. Transsexuals ID card are detained once they officially start hormone therapy. A new ID is issued only once they have successfully had their sex exchange. Transsexuals in this in between stage can not work, study or travel without a valid ID.
Changing Faces (Topic: plastic surgery/ Nose job in Iran)
The Nose Job is really huge in Iran. It is possible that this obsession is because of Hejab, the face is all that women can show off. While Americans prefer to do liposuction operations, beauty in Iran is merely concentrated on face.
The Last Escape (Topic: Olympics)
Homa Hosseini is the first woman who ever participated in rowing Olympic competitions from Iran. She is twenty years old and is quite famous for her final escapes in the race where she would suddenly increase her speed to cross the line.
